By subscribing to any paid service on FNACH.com, you agree to this Billing Policy.
FNACH offers two types of subscription plans:
1.1 Free Subscription
Users may create a basic listing on FNACH.com at no cost.
The Free Plan may include:
Basic business or service listing
Limited visibility within the platform
Limited listing features
Limited edits or updates
FNACH reserves the right to modify features available in the Free Plan at any time.
1.2 Premium Subscription
Premium subscriptions provide enhanced listing visibility and additional features.
Premium features may include:
Featured or priority listings
Enhanced business profiles
Additional media uploads (photos/videos)
Analytics or listing performance insights
Increased search visibility
Promotional placement within the platform
Premium features may change from time to time.
Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, depending on the plan selected during purchase. Available billing cycles may include:
Monthly
Quarterly
Annually
Billing begins immediately after payment confirmation.
Users will be charged automatically at the beginning of each new billing period unless the subscription is cancelled.
FNACH accepts payments through approved payment processors which may include:
Debit cards
Credit cards
Online payment gateways
Other supported payment methods available on the platform
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. FNACH does not store full payment card details.
Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorize FNACH to charge your selected payment method for renewal fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.
FNACH reserves the right to modify subscription pricing.
If pricing changes:
Existing subscribers will be notified in advance.
New pricing will apply starting from the next billing cycle.
Continued use of the Premium service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Payments made for Premium subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
However, refunds may be granted in the following situations:
Duplicate payments
Billing errors
Technical issues preventing listing activation
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
FNACH reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests.
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Upon cancellation:
Your Premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Your account will automatically revert to the Free Plan afterward.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
If a payment fails:
FNACH may attempt to process the payment again.
Premium features may be temporarily suspended until payment is successful.
If payment remains unresolved, the account may revert to the Free Plan.
FNACH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate platform policies
Provide false information
Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges associated with their subscription where required by law.
FNACH may update this Billing Policy from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on FNACH.com with a revised “Last Updated” date.
